A scheduled event does not guarantee that a live broadcast will begin at precisely the displayed time. Broadcast schedules may change without notice.

## Third-Party Services

The app relies on third-party platforms and service providers, including Roku and streaming-service providers, to distribute and deliver content.

First Baptist Church Panama City does not control the availability, operation, policies, or performance of independently operated third-party services.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to the viewer.

## No User Account Required

The app currently does not require viewers to create an account or purchase a subscription to access its standard streaming content.

Features and availability may change in future versions of the app.

## Disclaimer

The app and its content are provided on an "as available" basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, First Baptist Church Panama City does not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every Roku device or network environment.

## Limitation of Liability
