What We Believe

We humbly, yet firmly believe that First Baptist Church Panama City is “A House of Hope connecting people and transforming lives for the glory of God”. We live in the midst of a culture where people struggle to find hope. We believe that a personal relationship with Jesus Christ provides an answer to the question, “Is there any hope?” If you are looking for a church to help you grow in your relationship with Jesus Christ, whatever your age, we have a place for you. It would be an honor for us to encourage you in your spiritual life and to call you a part of the First Baptist Church Family.

FAQ’s

  • Casual to business attire is generally worn. We want you to be comfortable!

  • Sundays:

    Our Connect Groups begin at 9:00am all across campus.

    The Worship Service takes place at 10:30am! We recommend getting here 15 minutes early to find your seat!

    Wednesdays:

    The Wednesday night dinner takes place in the Fellowship Hall starting at 4:30 PM.

    Discipleship Groups for all ages begin at 6:00 PM.

  • The best place for you to park is the parking garage on the corner of 7th St and Grace Ave! Our Parking team will pick you up in a golf cart and take you where you need to go!

  • We provide childcare for babies 6 weeks old to 12th grade! Every person serving in or around your child has been background checked and trained to serve in that position! We accommodate to allergies and are a nut-free facility!

    Age appropriate activities take place throughout the B building for FirstKids (6 Weeks through fifth grade) that are designed for the child’s age and/or grade.

  • FirstStudents (grades 6-12) has age and gender divided connect groups at 9:00am and then joins the Worship Service at 10:30am

    On Wednesday nights, the FirstStudents has a time of worship, teaching, and small groups at 6:00pm.
