Parent Child Dedication is a very special day, as Christian parents dedicate their young children to the Lord and commit to raising them in His love and instruction. It is also a time when the church commits to support you in this important commission.

If you are led to participate, please fill out this registration form and return it with a recent picture of your child to the church office at least one week before the dedication service. You may also email the information along with the photo to Sierra Hernandez at shernandez@firstbaptistpc.com. If you email the information and do not receive a response, please call the church to confirm its receipt. We would not want to miss your form or photo. Thank you.
