CHILDREN’S MINISTRY

The focus of the ministry to our 1st-5th graders at First Baptist Church is to teach them of God’s love and how they can apply His love to their lives each day. Teaching about God and Jesus plays an important role in helping children understand salvation. We provide a biblical framework for laying a foundation that becomes the pathway to conversion, spiritual growth, and a biblical world view. We want children to HEAR God’s Word, KNOW God’s Word, and DO God’s Word!

Vacation Bible School 2019 : In the Wild

Giraffe.png

Gas up the all-terrain and head out on a wilderness adventure like no other! Get up close and personal, grab your camera, and zoom in on incredible animals in their natural habitats. This summer kids will focus in on some amazing, real life encounters with Jesus. Each encounter is like a snapshot - a specific moment in time captured on the pages of Scripture. Kids will discover that each snapshot of Jesus is an opportunity to respond to the gospel. When put together, these isolated encounters reveal the most amazing truth of all - Jesus is the Messiah, the Son of God, and by believing we can have life in His name. Are you ready for an up close and personal encounter with Jesus? The adventure of a lifetime awaits!
